Westlake owns and operates a Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) manufacturing plant within the petrochemical complex in Calvert City, Kentucky, and a VCM manufacturing facility in Geismar, Louisiana.

The majority of our own VCM production is used internally to produce PVC. Approximately one-quarter of our production is sold to the merchant market.
